Beta information & help

Privacy & your data

With live services enabled, Vision Creator uses Supabase to store your private guest session, boards, images and AI request records needed to create and recover results. Creating an account adds your sign-in email. Original images are retained for editing and restoration.

Live guide messages, goals and image instructions are processed by OpenAI. Refining an AI-generated image also sends that generated image to OpenAI. Personal photo uploads aren’t sent to OpenAI. Background removal runs on your device.

We use sign-in cookies and browser storage for sessions, guest work and drafts. Beta account data does not expire automatically; you can request deletion below. Service providers have their own retention practices. Read about OpenAI’s data handling (opens in a new tab).

Saved boards & chat history

Live board edits save automatically. Guest work is private to your browser session; clearing browser data can remove access. Create an account to keep your boards across devices. In local preview mode, saved work stays on this device. If a save fails, keep the board open and retry.

Chat tabs and drafts are temporary. Refreshing, leaving the editor or closing a tab can clear them. Saving a board does not save its full chat history, and reopening it won’t restore the conversation. AI request records may still be retained for generation and recovery.

Printing during beta

Print Vision Board is a demonstration. Preview order is disabled; no payment is taken and no physical print order is placed. You can use Preview → Download to save your board as a PNG.

Feedback & deletion requests

Tell us what worked, what was confusing, or what went wrong. Include your browser and device when reporting a problem. Please leave out passwords and private prompts or photos.

To request deletion of your account, saved boards, images and AI request history, email from your account’s email address. We’ll confirm ownership and follow up. Sending a request does not delete anything immediately; copies saved on your device need to be removed separately.
